She probably won't get too much larger, though tinies can have little growth spurts later than non-tinies. Still, I can't imagine she'd get larger than 3lbs at the very most - if she is a little over 2lbs at 10 mths old.
I would make sure you see good pictures of her, and ask to see her vet records. Bc of her tiny size, are you aware of any symptoms that would warrant some testing before you get her? Hopefully, the current owner has done some bloodwork on her?
