She likely wont get much bigger... after this age mine only filled out, gaining some muscle which puts on a little bit of weight but not more then a pound or so.
However, anything can happen and what if she does get over 4 pounds... what is she had a health problem that caused her to gain weight (this could happen with a dog of any age).
If the answer is that she will need to be rehomed, I would not go get her.
