I have to say something i have a friend i have known all my life and she breeds shelties for show when she has a accident litter meaning that it was not a pairing she planned on in advance she dose not register the litter she feels like it would be cheating people out of money.
however she will show both parents papers so the person knows what they are getting ask why they are not coming with papers it may be that the litter is not as nice as they expected (puppies are big or small or something) so they are making sure to the best of there abilities the pups are not bread
