I'm just LIVID looking at that picture! If it were me I would plaster her face on every inch of that community until she was found.
She has the dog in her arm walking away with him. Do they have any idea how old she is? She looks pretty young possibly late teens? I hope they find this little guy and she is charged with this crime!
