I use Vet Solutions Universal Medicated Shampoo...
It's what I use on my girls just before whelping and when any of my dogs have anytype of a wound. The Vinegar Rinise is a natural antibacterial....The Panalog (sold under different brand names) is a strong topical antibiotic.....I've used it on myself on open cuts and once on a allergic rash....both cleared up within 24 hours....
Your main concern is to keep her from irritating herself further, with the possibility of creating a staph infection.
