Make sure you bathe her in with a medicated shampoo, do a 1 part vinegar to 10 part water rinse....Panalog is a wonderful ointment, but can only be obtained from your vet. What one needs to be on the alert for with wounds, is the possibilit of staph infections....

I would suggest that you take her in to the vet so he can prescribe something to make her comfortable.
