As a pup, Jackson used to wake up super early too. 6:30am typically. I got him on my winter break from college when most people are sleeping 'til noon.... ha! Not me
He slept in a crate but that didn't last long. One night I let him sleep on my bed (he was maybe 16 weeks old) and he slept through the entire night and 'til 8am. From then on, he's been in my bed! He's never had one accident.
But now, at 1 1/2 years old... like on the weekends, he will until 10-10:30am with me if I let him out between 11-midnight. He holds it forever. Weekdays I feel bad getting up because he's just crashed and snoozing and he still doesn't rush outside to go pee... I go to the bathroom first, brush my teeth, while he stretches and wakes up ha. Then he goes right back to bed.
