I realize that you may not have time to update the list, but to me its kind of the responsibility you took on when you started with the list and making it available to the public.
If your putting information out on the internet that is incorrect, you might end up facing more than just a threat of a lawsuit and with more than one person.
Your obviously a very caring person to help those in the market find out how reputable their breeder is, but if you dont have time to update the list--how is AKC gonna deal with that when they get complaints from breeders who are no longer on suspension??

I talked about this in another thread - I spoke with the AKC about it (their publications don't go away when someone is off suspension - it is permanently there for the world to see) - but, they publish the info according to their by-laws. Though I was just basically regurgitating info that is available online freely to anyone - I still could face some trouble for posting it - so, I took the links down. So much for helping people find a reputable breeder......... I guess people are on their own - best we can do is educate.
