Oh Lord. It does sound like Liver Shunt.

Patti is right - she should be getting fed every 2-3 hours as she's still so young and can quite easily go into hypoglycemic shock. NutriCal should be a staple when you have such a small puppy.

I'm not sure why you're having to give Albon either. I've never had to give either of my dogs any kind of medication (other than after spay/neuter).

Your breeder sold you this puppy way too young. And if this is Liver Shunt - she should be responsible for the vet care that she'll need.

It's really sad that you have to go through this when you're so excited about getting a new member of your family.
