Wow, that's quite a difference! They both look healthy & content though.

I'd say as long as the little one is eating and seeming normal otherwise, not to worry. Was there a big weight difference at birth? Is the little one gaining okay? Maybe the bigger one is nursing from the fullest(best) nipples; you could try making sure the littler one gets first dibs at the fullest nipple at feeding time. But again, as long as they are both healthy & content they are probably just normally, different. Some pups are just smaller.........................and/or some are just bigger.
