The height I got was 10.5 inches for medium. Southwest which i am flying by allows max height of 8.5 in. But i dont think the small Sherpa would be comfortable for my dog who is about 10 inches in height.
I read 2 or 3 reviews on the medium size where flyers have mentioned that they had no problems flying with SWA with medium Sherpas which exceed the limits by 2 inches.
