I know you've gotten a lot of responses, but I eat a low carb diet, so I would consider myself an expert on hard boiled eggs lol!  I heat my water to boiling, then drop the eggs in SLOWLY so that the shells don't break.  I boil for 15 minutes, then remove and run under cold water.  If you're coloring them, make sure they cool all the way before coloring.  If you're just eating them, break the shell and enjoy!        |
