Climbing the fence is definitely something to watch for. Sometime back I say a video (I think on utube) about an outdoor shelter w/about 4-5 beagles in it. Shelter was about 7-8 ft tall w/that wavy metal stuff for a roof that was anchored down with bricks or something. The sides were covered w/chicken wire. One of the beagles climbed to the roof & squeezed himself through the roof that hadn't been screwed down, jumped to the ground. He almost looked like this was not the first time. So much thinking your dogs are confined. They are sometimes just too clever.
