I am going to post another thread for people to list the kennels/names of people by state that they think are not reputable so I can get some info for the new site. I will keep you all posted!
You sound like you are doing something different, I just meant that there are online advertising sites that didn't seem ethical, you sound like you are doing more of a breeder review. This could become controversial, and some people will review a breeder and give a bad name just b/c they don't like the breeder or are jealous. On a site such as yours, every post would be equal; you wouldn't easily be able to discern who is telling the truth. I would suggest that whoever gave a review would have to use their real name; only people willing to give their full name should be allowed to make complaints. I feel it's our job to protect the good breeders as well as unmask the bad breeders, and something like this could potentially harm good breeders. Once someone's name is tarnished, it's very hard to live down accusations, even if there is no basis of truth. Also, you might want to be sure, you can't be sued for posting the reviews.
