Could be an abcess, keep an eye on her. Sometimes the abcess will fill and cause pain, drooling, lip smacking, itching. When the pressure is released, or abcess manages to drain on it's own, dog will return to normal behavior. In 2-4 days it may fill up again, causing same symptoms as you described. Sometimes antibiotics is all that is needed, or tooth removal, if chronic.
Can go septic (blood poisoning)(very serious) if ignored.
