That's a great idea for a law to passed that if a dog comes in without records that they have to be checked for a microchip! I'm going to go do some research and see where my state stands on that! I have several friends that are representatives in our state's general assembly! One is a huge dog lover...wonder if she would be willing to sponsor it! Sorry just talking out loud! |
