Well I can't get another phone unless I pay full price. (Oh, the battery was dead, so they gave us a new one, no charge). The one I wanted is $59.00, just a simple LG flip phone, but would have to pay $188.00 for it because my contract doesn't end for another 11 months. They gave us the VZAacess Manager so we can upgrade the storm. This phone is a nightmare. My husband said he can't wait to hammer it! This time when my contract is up, I'm just going to pay month to month, like I did for years when I had AT&T.
Thank you all for your great suggestions, and I will definitely look into the BB 9700 and the curve. At least I have someplace to start now.
