i just don'e understand how 10-15 minutes is enough time, and like i said, that is him spending a lot of time with us. my friend goes to him, and he spends about 5 min with her. that is just crazy. and i know that his staff really guards his time. they always tell me to make an appt with him if i have questions... do vets really give out their email addy? |
Some do, yes.

And some give it to their best clients even if they don't give it to everyone.
The same goes for personal phone number, etc.
I don't see how there could be any good convo in 5 minutes! But some have appt. every 10 minutes and that includes paperwork, being the pharmacist, etc.
