Your baby is much too young to have food allergies - those develop over time. She may have dry skin or mites. Have you had a vet examine her?
Some brands I really like are Acana, Nature's Variety, Innova, Evo, Fromms and Wellness to name a few. A lot of these are suitable for all life stages, meaning you can feed it to both puppies and adults. Ones like Wellness have special formulas for wellness.
Do you have a farm/ag supply store, or a pet boutique near you? Those are the best places to find good quality foods.
