Hi there. Sorry to hear about your frustrating experience. I had the curve three years ago and loved it. Got the storm 2 Verizon and it took about two weeks to master the touch screen but now I love love love it. It occasionally freezes but so did my curve and so far removing the battery worked. I would not be able to go back to the curve BC the camera is amazing and just love how easy and fun the touch screen is. I wish u the best of luck with ur search!
