I have the Blackberry Bold 2 (9700) and it's the best phone I've ever had. I've also heard of people having problems with the BB Storm when it first came out but I thought RIM resolved those issues.

I would return the Storm and try the BB 9700. They finally got rid of that awful trackball and the battery life is amazing. I think you'll be happy.

BTW, I'm on T-Mobile.
