Maybe she will be able to speak with someone from Yorkies Inc and they can point her in the right directions as far as vetting goes... Just to make sure the vet has made an accurate diagnosis on this pup.. or maybe she will make a good decision and surrender him over to them.. they will find him a great home and get him proper vetting
