So far, so good. I tried it yesterday on a water hog mat that we have by the back door that I know has been peed on. I just mixed up a cup of it and sprayed it on the mat, saturating it pretty well. I don't smell the pee anymore and we have a heated floor in that room which concentrates the odor when it's on (it's a sunroom with tile flooring which would be ice cold in cold weather otherwise). I'm anxious to try it in my steam cleaner on the carpet in the bedrooms and down the hallway.
