We did try to have her AI but she would have not part of that. That is why we just left her and the male to do it themselves, with supervision. Thanks for all your information, you have been very helpful. |
They should be taken in prior to breeding for Brucellosis test as well as to determine if there is any infection going on that can be detremental to the male as well as the litter. However, both male and female should be checked as well as other test. Did the stud owner provide you with x-rays of her stud's knees and hips....Test results on bile acids, eyes, ears, heart?
Most females are very receptive to AIkng....
As far as breeding/whelping/genetic seminars/classes, they can be sponsored by Kennel Clubs.....or you can do a google search....
