Default Eclampsia

My female has had her second litter 3 days ago and came down with Eclampsia on Friday. She had a very severe case. I had to take her back to the vet again today because she started shaking again. She had no problem with her last litter everything was perfect. The only thing different this time was I had a really hard time getting her to eat. I was always under the impression when they had eclampsia to never breed them again. Especially when it is severe. I have had a few people tell me that is not true. I have never had to experience this before so ANY advise would be helpful. She is on Calcium supplement liquid diet ( because she won't hardly eat or drink) and liquids with electrolytes. I am so sacred for her. I have sent to her puppies to a surrogate mom and she is devastated. She keeps looking for her pups and gets extremely upset. I have stuffed animals in her playpen with her and she keeps trying to nurse them. It makes me so sad to see her like this.
