Bailey was very sick a few months ago - throwing up. I took her to my vet - who was booked with surgeries all morning, but was told to bring her in anyway. This was at 6:00 a.m. - by 9:00 Bailey was tested, diagnosed and began treatment for pancreaitus (sp?). I had received three phone calls during that time - twice from the doctor and once from a tech.
The treatment required an overnight stay. I was encouraged to visit or call anytime!! I visited Bailey three times - they brought me a chair so that I could stay and hold her. The doctor, the back up doctor (along with several other techs) all stopped by to discuss Bailey. Everyone was genuinely concerned about my baby!
It was the best experience possible under such circumstances.
