I love my Vet. I can call her at any time of night, weekday or weekend, and she will open her office for an emergency visit. She follows up with a call the next day to make sure everything is ok. All this, and she charges a regular office visit. It is so obvious that she does this from her heart, she loves her profession and it shows.
