The vet gave us good news about Maggie's knees. She said that it was still a grade 2 but not as drastic as she had thought the other day. So at this point in time, she is feeling that with supplements and exercise (and watching about jumping and so on) surgery is not necessary. Her other knee is just fine. Yay! Since her muscle tone is even in both legs, it is obvious that she is not having any difficulty using her leg, which we have not seen one bit of problem.

So no surgery any time soon! I am soooo happy! Thank you all for all the good vibes and prayers!!!

Bo, I'm so glad to hear the good news...I've been cleaning out the garage, on the road, and out and about, thinking about your kidz...How wonderful to come home and hear all the good news...Puleasse, don't jump into surgery for Maggie...I've really really really been researching, and surgery is definitely only for when they are really in pain, and having more bad days, than good...I know Mr. Rod really needed it, but, who knows, maybe Ms. Maggie will be fine w/supplements and exercise...I know, if I take glucosamine and chondroitan, my ol' knees are soooooooo much better, than when I let myself run out...Yippee on the good news and hugs and kisses to your sweeties...
