pet insurance is the way to go! I have it with Trupanion and I dont look back! I tried to do the whole setting aside money in a separate bank account and for me that was too difficult. I definitely recommend that if you are interested in getting pet insurance you should get it as soon as you can. Just because pet insurance companies do not cover pre-existing conditionss! Also, the younger the better! I know with Trupanion they dont increase your premium as your pet gets older so its best to lock it in at a younger price! Check them out! Do a free quote!
