Sophie started vomiting last night after my husband took her out to pottie. He said he saw her eat something off the ground, but couldn't get to her fast enough to stop her. Whatever it was, she kept eating it even as he fussed and ran toward her! We thought it wasn't that much of a big deal, that whatever she ate just upset her stomach, but she threw up at least six more times throughout the night. I told him that I was bringing her to the vet this morning, but he said it was just her stomach, because she's eating and acting normal. Well, guess what? This morning she's still vomiting! I told him that I didn't think she would still be throwing up over something she ate over 12 hours ago, and called the vet this morning. They are supposed to call me when the doctor gets in. Any ideas what could be going on? Her diet hasn't changed at all, and nothing else in her routine either, other than what she may have picked up from outside. Still scary, since she's only 3.5 lbs.... Any ideas what's going on with my baby?
