[Catrina]

I have a 6 month old Yorkie, I know I should get her spayed, but I am so scared! Its more expensive at the vet and I heard that the Humane society do a equally good job, but at a lower price, plus they are more experienced. So I am planning on taking her there, but I am just so scared, she's so small and I am so scared for her! I know its not a big deal like what vets say, but it is to me. I asked the Humane Society if usually small dogs get infections after getting spayed/neutered and they said "every dog has his or her own risks"...

That makes me feel even more uneasy. For all of you who had your little yorkies spayed/neutered, did your little dog get any infections or anything?? At what age did you get them fixed? When do Yorkies get their periods anyway? Thanks~
