Either way, that guy needs to take better control over his dogs for the safety of everyone involved, including his neighbors furbabies. It's just disrespectful and wrong to let your dogs run around unleashed in a complex of any sort, even in a neighborhood. Whats wrong with ppl today  ! |
I don't understand ppl today either. They are careless and just don't use common sense! I know other neighbors have complained to the HOA for our condo and I think I should do the same. Small dogs are okay and there is a limit to how many (2) that we can have.
