I've had a horrible experience w/Momo having a blockage from ingesting a queen palm tree seed (which is toxic) & he had to have surgery in the ER. We also did ultrasound, endoscopy w/no luck. It was discovered when the vet palpated his stomach & it was lodged in the entrance of the small intestines.
Hope she'll feel better & you'll find out what's wrong w/her soon.
YIKES I have three queen palms in my back yard. I just put a new one in. I did have an issue this year with a couple of my pups chewing on those seeds, but did not find them on any lists. I know the sago palm tree seeds are highly toxic. I surely hope you have them mixed up. I am going to google again now...how scary. Thanks for this post, Jenny.
