i have to agree may be time for a second opinion but you have all the testing done already so that is the good thing. I would first give him a shot and tell him what is going on - call that one at ucdavis and leave a message for her and tell her dr tsugawa's client referred you and you do not want to see a student you want to only see her and see if you can do that to get a second opinion from them as well but I would not go with student go only with her - maybe that will work
also my friend is seeing this neurologist and really likes her but she is in so cal so maybe she will do a phone consult to discuss with you treatment - sometimes sadly it takes a team of people to treat a difficult case
