Just signed up for PetPlan pet insurance. I did a lot of research. They cover hereditary, chronic & congenital diseases. It's for accident, injury & illness, not for routine visits though. PetsBest can cover routine visits, but they don't cover hereditary, chronic & congenital diseases.
