Yes . . .and she did mention to them that they would be getting updated window a/c's soon and she is putting a nicer privacy fence on the property (not that they have usage of the yard) so I told DD well she has to pay for all that stuff somehow . . .but, honestly, she sees them for what they are . . young adults who probably don't know any better . . .
