That's just ridiculous! I have a four bedroom, two story house with a family of 5 (not including Sasha!) and my water bill is around $26 a month! Plus, if you said that the water is included in their rent, then that's that. Sounds to me like the landlord is just trying to swindle extra money out of tenants! |
