I agree . . .although what she should of asked them was to have an addendum to the lease where DD was added. But she wanted to completely get rid of his old lease and re-write a new lease and get the additional money which was the problem. Because if she were to be insistent on breaking of the old lease and re-writing a new one they would of moved out the end of March only because at $800 they could have a nicer apartment with an additional bedroom.
I agree she is being pretty shady she comes off as this sweet little ole' lady but I guess she really isn't . . .
