How much were the water charges for her boyfriend alone? I'm sure that the landlord is basing utility charges on the number of residents. So it seems pretty reasonable that adding a person would result in adding on for utilities....
Granted, I have a house, with 3 people and our water bill is only about 30/month...so that seems a bit outlandish. |
