If you have cold winters there, you may want to start blow drying her now, so she will get used to the blow dryer. Mine did fine the first time I blew her dry. The second time I blew her dry, she peed on the towel!
But now she just lays on the towel after I towel dry her while I am blowing her dry. It also saves the furniture from getting wet.lol That oiliness is what I was talking about in yorkie's hair. It starts looking that way in about a week usually. You can tell after you've had her awhile.
