 Is she in heat?
My girl Goldie is 15 months old. I believe she may be in heat because she's swollen. I'm not asking about breeding, because I don't want to breed her. I got both my girls in December and have put them through quite a bit with the vet, so I was just trying to give them a little time before I have them spayed. So share your wealth of info with me on this subject please.
I might add that when I first got my girls I had in mind that I would one day breed them and increase our babies. My husband and I joked that one day we would have a house full of yorkies to love. But after reading and learning, I've decided that there is no way I would risk losing either one of them. I've had dogs all my life, and yet none have compared to these girls! |
