Default Yearly vaccines

I haven't been on here for quite some time. I had surgery in Jan and again in Feb. Nothing serious. I had torn miniscus in my knee, and had to have the bursa removed from my hip. It was very inflamed with lots of hard scar tissue. Tucker went in for his yearly shots yesterday. I panicked a little when I saw at least 4 syringes lined up on the table. That didn't include Bordetella. He got that too. He was sick this AM, throwing up quite a bit. I just think that's too much for these little guys. They get the same amount that an 80 lb Lab would get. But what can one do? You get a card from the vet when shots are due, and they just sock it to them. He was such a brave little boy, though. He didn't even whimper. You know, I think he actually likes going toi the vet. He loves to meet new people and dogs. He loves everyone. It's not that he doesn't get our almost constant attention at home. My husband and I are devoted him, and we are both retired. He's just so very sociable.
