I'm so glad you posted this, Jodi. I was sitting here with tears running down my face for this poor baby, and then I saw the pictures of handsome little Truman. I went from heartbroken and depressed, to hopeful, because I know there are people like you out there doing their best to help. I just have to wonder how many people knew this pup was suffering and did nothing to help him.
