Kibble cleaning teeth is a myth. It's the same as us chewing up crackers and expecting that to clean our teeth. It just packs in and causes tartar, build up, bad breath, decay.

Dogs don't "chew" their food. They don't have molars like we do to grind with. Their teeth are made to slice through foods, to rip and tear, crunch and swallow. Not to eat cereal, which is what kibble is like.

Canned is much healthier for their teeth than kibble.
