I'm so sorry to read this, I know we've read of this happening before and bleeding is a real problem. I think putting pressure on the wound will stop the bleeding. I think I would wrap it up, maybe she didn't rip it too bad. I don't know what TCP is. I know many people would like the laws changed in the states regarding dewclaws, but tearing seems to be such a common thing. Hope someone else can give you better advice, best of luck!
