"Most" contracts state that if the purchased pup is then transfered again to the 3rd party that then the contract is Void. I have also seen breeders sell dogs like this "as is" , as you all are saying....because they themselves did not breed the said dog.
I am just stating what I have seen out there...so don't get on me for stating what is out there. |
