I know it's happened. Someone here once said that they've never seen a yorkie that was truly, 100.00% trained. Thor is where I think most yorkies end up, which is that he's very reliable in my home and at my office, but if he is in a new environment, or something stressful happens (like, someone moves a piece of furniture), all bets are off.

I did not think I would get Thor trained at one point. The key was **vigilence**. Do not give them the opportunity to fail. They must be in the crate, or you must have both eyeballs on them. It was seriously one of the most difficult things I've done in my life, just because it required such undivided attention.

I'm sure there are a few dogs that are truly untrainable, but I think a lot of yorkies are just tough, and their owners are not able give the task the focus and time it needs.
