Hmm, if she is squealing, she definitely needs to be seen. It would be good if you could get it on video. I was just trying to figure out if she is actually throwing up or if she is regurgitating. Too very different things...

I'd say if you really can't afford the vet right now, you could try switching foods to see what happens, but it sounds like that had been done already.
One more question, has she ever had problems with her anal glands?
