This is our general schedule:

~6:30am Up and out of bed. Immediately outside. We pee 3-4 times, and 90% of the time poop too

~6:45am Back inside. Remy gets 1 NV medallion and a piece of carrot

Then I work out, and do work from home

~9:00 We take a long exercise walk, and we pee and poop again

~10:00 Back inside. Remy gets 1 NV medallion

~11:00 We head to the office, Remy pees again en route outside

Noon-ish - Remy gets 1 NV medallion

~ 4:00 Long walk, and we pee

~5:00 Remy gets final medallion for the day, usually with a carrot

~7:00 Leaving office, we pee again

~10:00 Walk before bed
