You didn't offend. In my case it's not only lifting & carrying, it's also up and down on my knees......I exhibit & groom so lifting and carrying is a continous thing with me. I've just learned to adjust. However, what I have found is that the lifting has strengthened my back muscles. The pain is not constant and at times can get uncomfortable, but I'd never give up what I love doing. Well not unless I I become crippled.
